Spice Girls Star Hosts Baby Shower Amid Murphy Paternity Battle
HOLLYWOOD - Former Spice Girls star Melanie Brown put her paternity battle with Eddie Murphy to one side on Friday to host a baby shower party in Los Angeles.
The “Wannabe” singer, who claims Murphy is the father of her unborn baby, hosted a shower at the Beverly Hills Hotel and treated 30 guests to champagne and cake. Meanwhile, in a Chicago radio interview last week, Oscar nominee Murphy's current girlfriend Tracey Edmonds insisted she has no problems if her man is the father of the Spice Girl's baby--and neither does he. She said, "It's, like, their business that's going on. There'll be a paternity test and if it's his (baby) his then he'll be responsible." |
