Can anyone help me figuer out which show i am thinking off.. i cna only remember one line of the song but it is driving me nuts.. the line is " Doing it the best we can." i cannot for the life of me figuer out which show this is from.

I do believe that is Just The Ten Of Us, a spin off of Growing Pains. Airing Friday nights on ABC in the 80s.

I do believe it's Just the Ten of Us and I remember in the theme song it always showed the dad falling off the roof.

Yes it is Just the Ten of Us. That was the spinoff of Growing Pains starring Bill Kirchenbauer.
