Who do you think was the worst sitcom landlord?

As far as not doing repairs or being lazy abt it: Fred Mertz. He was cheap.

Mr. Roper was a jerk and a nosy person, but both of these landlords made me

The Landlord on Good Times, I can't think of his name, was pretty bad
about fixing things too.

Mr.Roper was really cheap. He would never help Jack and the roomates. Well he hardly would help them.

Male: Fred Mertz. Good luck getting him to shell out the $$$ if you needed anything fixed in your apartment. Fred had his good points, but being generous with his money was not one of them.

Female: Phyllis Lindstrom. Nosy, opinionated and a major league gossip. *shudders* Enough said.
