I think Sam might be a little stronger, since its witchcraft power. But thats
just a guess on my part.

Samantha! She also really only used her powers to help others or to get out of a sticky situation. Sam had brains as well as beauty, and used both to her full advantage. Jeannie tended to be more careless, imho.

Although I like them both, I have to go with Jeannie, too. Although she was
a bit of a klutz, and her magic often backfired, she was a likeable klutz. And
at least she didn't have a meddlesome mother to cause even more havoc.
(It's interesting that both Jeannie and Samantha had evil twin sisters. Come
to think of it, that'd make another interesting poll: who was more wicked,
Jeannie II or Serena??)

I would pick Sam, I think she had more of a sense of today's world. Jeannie at times seemed to be stuck in ascent times. But I still like her too. Of couse you know, posting this question in the Bewitched board Sam would win. Likewise, if you posted this in the Jeannie board, Jeannie would win. But why does everyone compair these two anyways? There was a whole load of hotties in the 1960's. Others include Laura Petrie, Elly May Clampetts, Mary Ann, 99, and more. But no one seems interested in compairing any of these with eachother. By the way My favorite woman of that decade was Laura Petrie!

You might as well compare the Munsters and the Addams Family. Oh, wait!
That's been done!

Not to mention the Great Maude/Good Times Spinoff Debate.
