Urkel in Step By Step dropping by when his rocket backup sends him to the family house.

Mr. Drummond, Arnold Jackson, Wheezy, and George Jefferson dropping by during the finale of Fresh Prince of Bel Air.

Roseanne's had almost all of the original cast members from Gilligan's Island shown at the end.

Arnold Jackson in Silver Spoons only in one 1st Season episode.

Gilligan, the skipper, the proffesor, and Mary Ann were all on an episode of ALF once.
Joe Mannix-the main character in the 60s detective show MANNIX-was on HERE'S LUCY once.
Gomer Pyle was on THE LUCY SHOW once.
Andy, Opie, aunt Bee, and Goober were all on GOMER PYLE: U.S.M.C. sometimes (not all at the same time, though)
ABC once had the characters in all their programs on one night (I think it was Tuesday) go to Las Vegas, and some of them made cameos on one of the other shows-for instance, the lineup that night was ROSEANNE, GRACE UNDER FIRE, COACH, and ELLEN. Grace from GRACE UNDER FIRE did a cameo on ELLEN, Luther from COACH appeared in a cameo on one of the other shows, etc.
Sam, Diane, and Carla from CHEERS all apeared on an episode of ST. ELSEWHERE once. (along with the bar)
Cliff, Norm, Carla, Sam, Woody, and Diane from CHEERS have all appeared on FRASIER.
And of course, there were all those cross-overs between THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES, GREEN ACRES and PETTICOAT JUNCTION (mostly BH and PJ)
