Didn't mother Carlson have the "Hots" for Andy? It seems like I can remember
an episode where she made a pass at him or something. I'll be glad when this
comes out on DVD.

If I remember correctly, there is an episode where Andy is negotiating for money to buy a new transmitter, and along the way, he begins to think that she's hitting on him. I think Andy is encouraged this, with the help of Herb & Les. Mama finds out about it, and then does hit on him, just to mess with his mind.

You'll have to wait to see that one, because "Love, Exciting and New" is an episode from season 4.

Andy starts taking out Momma Carlson in hopes of getting a new transmitter for the station.

Mother Carlson was one scary woman. I could see why even her own son was afraid of her!!

Yeah, Momma Carlson was very intimidating. She was no June Cleaver that's for sure.
