Default Questions on S.A.T.W.

I'm a Sabrina: The Teenage Witch fan but I don't get to see it much. It only airs on Wednesday and Thursday nights on YTV in Canada, and I usually forget to watch it. I just pre-ordered the boxed set from Amazon because I love the show, but I have some questions that more hard-core fans can probably answer:

(1) I remember when the show starts and during the theme song Sabrina walks through a city or something, and at the end jumps down on her bed. What season was this? Was this the older or newer episodes?

(2) One time I noticed on WB episodes where Sabrina was grown up or something and living without her aunt's, but with friends. All I can remember about this is a red fridge in the kitchen. Was season was this? I hope it's not season one, because I hated those episodes. Was this the older or newer episodes?

(3) How many seasons are there anyway? Does anyone have any information on when later seasons will be released on DVD?

I would appreciate it if anyone could answer or give partial information on any (or all) of the questions above. They would really help my understanding of the show.

1. The opening credits that feature Sabrina walking through Boston and then appearing on her bed are from seasons 5 and 6. In season 7, Sabrina is walking through Boston, then she walks into her office, and then she walks into her living room.

2. Sabrina was living by herself in seasons 5-7. In seasons 5 and 6, Sabrina was attending college and she was sharing a house with Morgan, Roxie and Miles. In season 7, her Aunts moved to the Other Realm, so Sabrina, Morgan and Roxie then moved into the Aunts old house.

3. There are 7 seasons in total and 163 episodes were made. There hasn't been any announcements about future DVD releases. Paramount will probably wait for a months after the season 1 release to decide if its profitable to release more seasons of the show. I remember in the season 1 announcement, Paramount said that season 2 was also in the works, so perhaps we won't have to wait too long. We'll just have to wait and see I guess

Sounds great. Thanks for the answers, I really appreciate it.

So basically Seasons 1-4 are the ones where she is at her Aunt's house? Those are the ones I like. Another question: What is the name of and what season is the episode where her sister or someone comes like that, and they have to see who's the good twin (I think) and the evil twin?

Yeah, Sabrina is at her aunts house from season 1-4. The aunts remain on the show until the end of season 6.

That episode is called "The Good, The Bad and the Luau" and its the season 3 finale.

I was wishing it would be on Season 1. I loved that episode.

Do you know of a site where I can view episode names and descriptions for the entire series? I know of some episodes that I was wondering about and really wanted to find out what season they were in.

Just google:

"epsisode guide" sabrina the teenage witch

and you'll get several sites with episode guides, names, descriptions, etc.

Personally, I never watched it often but I may pick up Season1. Simply because I was a fan of shows that came before it on TGIF like Family Matters, Full House, Step by Step, Boy Meets World, etc. and although it's a little different than those, its the last of its mold of style of sitcoms. Being 24 years old, naturally I'm more interested in her college years and after, I guess seasons 5-7, but I have no problem with the previous years... I'd just rather see more focus on Sabrina and her friends rather than the aunts. But I may just pick up S1.

I find the earlier episodes where she is with her aunt's more interesting. To me, the ones where she is in college seemed a little boring. Maybe it's because I was more used to the younger version.
