Default The Eagles President, Joe Banner, said on WCAU-TV in Philly that Garcia's appearance

on the Tonight Show did play a part in the Eagles not making Garcia an offer-lol Banner said that Garcia was too public about testing the Free Agency on March 1st and even admitted on the Tonight show so they just decided to go in another direction. I guess Garcia forgot that Joe Banner has a TV in his House-lol Didn't I tell everyone that Garcia wasn't suppose to go on the Tonight Show and now looked what happened, he missed out on a chance to be with a Good Team-lol

No offense, but I think it was the Eagles who shot themselves in the foot. Garcia was a great backup for them.

See you have to understand something about my IDOL, Joe Banner, he is never going to spend a lot of time trying to get a player to sign with the Eagles-lol Joe has to know you are commited to the Eagles Organization and if he feels that you are, he will take care of you. But The way Garcia kept talking about testing the Free Agency market, Joe was like-"Look I'm through playing games with him, let's go with Feeley"-lol I want to be like Joe Banner, LOL

I agree, another example of the eagles FO screwing with a player. Garcia wanted to come back & he went out of his way to say that after the season. When the eagles did not show the type of response he was hoping for, he said he would test the waters. The eagles screwed yet another one up. THis is a far to familiar song for me.

They better...although That would make to much sense & the eagles don't take that road very often.
