Default Percentage of profits?

Even though Abbott and Costello are one of my favorite comedy teams I'm no expert on their film career so I wanted to ask on this message board if
anyone here knows what was the percentage of profits that each one
received from all the money they made from making movies. I remember someone telling me one time that they definitely didn't split the profits 50/50.

Default The way I understand it...

....Lou insisted on a "60/40" split- with the latter going to Bud.

Now how in the world were you able to find this out? I mean is there anything you don't know about tv? I'll admit that you amaze me with your knowledge sometimes but Jesus Christ, You seem to know everything there is to know right down to the slightest detail. I could probably ask the board members what was the last meal Abbott and Costello had and you'd be the one to give the answer.

this guy amazes me too sometimes, with everything he knows about TV! I e-mailed him once, and asked him how he knows so much, and he says he's just picked up all these facts over the years from books, the internet, etc.

But, it can't be JUST that. I read, etc. a lot about TV shows too but I don't know HALF the stuff he does!
Like you said, you could ask on here what's the last thing A and C ate, and he'd most likely know!
