Munsters Season 2 is garbage

Hey I've been ripped off from Universal,i bought my DVD set like 6 months ago or longer when the season 2 came out,but with a lot of other DVDS and other series,i haven't watched all the episodes. I got to the episode The Fregosi Emerald and it does not play.It had to be about a curse the episode,that doesn't play.

I thought o.k my dvd recorder player without a hard drive must be having a problem with this one like one episode of Gilligan Island that paused and was skipping,so i played it on my DVD Recorder with the hard drive,it doesn't play at all,on my laptop, nothing, just starts playing for a sec,then freezes,on this computer nothing,my brother DVD player it starts to play for a sec,skipping/pausing and freeze and another DVD player nothing.

This box set is stuffed,it's not a complete season,there isn't any scratches on the disc,fingerprints at all, i haven't seen the other remaining 11 episodes but i jumped to them and they seem to play,well at least the beginning,not sure on the whole 24 minutes.

I'm annoyed about this,I'm having second thoughts now on all DVDS,i think there is a real problem,they not telling the public about them lasting.
