Default Would you take a DAY OFF to go to the doctor or.............

Go to work and just leave early? I would never take off so I can go to the doctor that just makes no sense to me. How many people think it's better to just go to work and leave early so you can go to your appt?

None of these. I schedule my doctor's appointments for on my already-scheduled day off. That way, after I'm done with my appt, I can go do errands.

Well...I know you asked this question before, but still, it livens up the board.

When I worked, I made my appt. on Saturdays if the doctor's office or dental office was opened that day. If not, then I would make it early in the morning and go to work later and not have a lunch.

When I worked, I wouldn't dream of taking a day off for a doctor's appointment. I'd schedule it for early in the morning or later in the day...then come in late or leave work early.

I like to take a whole sick day off, go in the morning and have the rest of the day to do with what I want.

I always just leave work early to go to the doctor or dentist. If I do it on my day off, it just kind of ruins the day because you spend most of your day off waiting in the doctor or dentist office and before you know it your day off is over.

Yeah cause I want to get it out of the way so I can enjoy the rest of the day since I make the appointments for warmer months.

When you work third shift you don't have that problem but I make my
appointments as early in the day as possible so I can go home & sleep.
