Is it really a CROSSOVER when characters from one show never appear on the set of the
show that's airing? For example, Bill Cosby's character was seen in a A Different World ep but was on the Cosby Show set at home and not on Hillman campus. Same thing with Oliva and martin from the CS who never appeared on the ADW set. There was another situation where it was said that the Jeffersons crossed over with All in the Family but George and Lionel was in Manhattan during the All in the Family ep. So is it still considered a CROSSOVER? I'm confused-lol
