You named four of my faves of NBC.

Miami Vice is the stuff, until everybody flocked to Miami because of that show, now I have to deal with annoying tourists..

Yeah, I hated Alf, even as a kid.

I couldn't get into..

Alf
Amen
Gimmie a Break

That's all I could think of, I loved NBC, now if this was ABC or CBS I could name plently, ABC sucks.

ALF - not as much as I used to.

Gimme a Break! - Especially during the post-Dolph Sweet episodes.

My Two Dads - By today's standards this show is considered one of the worst shows ever made, heck, IMO, the show is even stupider than it was when it first came out in 1987. The only reason I watch this show was for the theme song, which was the only thing that kept my ears bleeding out my brains from watching this dreck!

Hunter - My dad was a big fan of this show back in the day, but I couldn't get into this show much sometimes.

Golden Girls, the - Lifetime's rerun abuse and horrible editing of this show made it almost hard for me to watch this show now.

A Different World - after the 1st season and all episodes before later S4 and S5.

Cheers - during the Shelley Long years.

Let's make a list of how many shows that appeared on NBC between 1980-89.

Hill Street Blues

Love, Sidney

Gimme a Break ** - especially after the Chief died.

Knight Rider

Silver Spoons

St. Elsewhere

Cheers ** - until either 1985 or until Kirstie Alley came along.

Remington Steele

Family Ties

A-Team, The

Fame

Night Court

Double Trouble

It's Your Move

Punky Brewster

Cosby Show, the

Miami Vice

Hunter ** - I like the opening credits for this show, more than the show itself.

227

Golden Girls, the ** - Due to Lifetime's bogus editing and rerun abuse of this show.

Amazing Stories

Valerie/Hogan Family, the (was NBC from 1986-90)

ALF ** - not as much as I used to.

Amen

L.A. Law ** - I never liked this show then, I don't care for this show now.

Matlock (from 1986-92, it was an NBC show)

Different World, A ** - in between the 1st season and the 4th season, I didn't like show much.

My Two Dads ** - only for the theme song

Dear John ** - PHew!!!

Empty Nest ** - Never got into it back then, still don't like this show much now.

In the Heat of the Night (1988-92 was NBC.)

Saved by the Bell

Quantum Leap

That's all the NBC shows during the '80s I could think of and out of those that I named, I coudn't get into 9 of those shows.
