Missing Pieces - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Have you ever bought something and got it home and found that parts of it
were missing?

We bought a DVD cabinet and one of the main sides wasn't in the box. We
took it back and got another one. But it was a real pain, especially trying to
get everything back in the original box.

That's happened to me before too. It is annoying having to take it back to the store, especially when you have to deal with rude store personnel who have to make something simple like returning a defective item so difficult.
