the following lyrics are from a show about a magical/time-traveling nanny that i used to watch when young and know very little about:

but she was struck down by a trolley, golly, said goodbye in 1920 and died. too-da-loo, too-da-loo, too-da-loo.

the ony show i could find that matched the description was nanny and the professor, but all the sites i found list different lyrics for the theme-song.
any help would be great. thanks.

I think your talking about Down to Earth, try under the 'D' section and Down to Earth and you can listen to the theme song to see if it matches your lyrics.

yes i remember watching Nanny and the Professor. Some of the words to the theme song ares are.
Phoebie Figililly is silly name, so many silly things keep happening, what is this magical thing about nanny, is it love or it is magic.
