Was "Precious and Few" by Climax ever a theme song?

This one really triggered a discussion at work. I think it was used for a show, but nobody will back me up. Can anybody else remember if it was or not?

I don't remember it ever being used as a theme song. However I've not seen that many shows. Perhaps if it was a theme song it would have been used for a show that was not a comedy. I think most shows try to use an original song. An original song seems so much better as it can tell the story about the plot or the main character.
