I'm not talking about the characters you disliked as part of the storyline, but character you just wished they would not have done, or at least taken in such a direction.

Carol in S3 was pretty bad, becoming a total homophobe.

Dutchie got pretty horrible in S4, becoming nothing but a crybaby.
