My grandmother (father's mother, who passed on in 2000) was like a hybrid of Endora from Bewitched (low, gravelly voice and sense of adventure) and Marie from ELR. She was renowned for her cooking, like Marie, and had a sometimes shaky relationship with my mom. It was nowhere near as bad as Marie and Debra's, though, I'm happy to say!!

My parents, who have been married since 1974 and still love each other very much, bicker like Marie and Frank Barone. The arguments are over the silliest, most mundane things, too.

not from a sitcom; but Brandon Walsh on 90210 always reminded me of my oldest Brother...

and i often think that father is like George Costanza from Seinfield (always focusing on silly things)....

OK, after reading this, my life seems so ELR it is scary:

Marie: A mix of both my paternal and maternal grandmas
Debra: A mix of my mom and one of my father's sisters
Ray: My mother's brother
Robert: My father's brother

I am the oldest daughter and I have to younger brothers, even thought they are not twins and the three of us all have blond hair.

My Mom reminds me of Eunice and my Grandma like Mama in the way of their relationship with one another. My Mom wasn't the favorite child.
