Even thought I am overjoyed that Chris is gone I did feel bad for Lorelia when she had that talk at the end with Chris. I know her and Luke are perfect for each other and I think now if they get together again everything will work out since Luke is finally able to stand up to Anna but going back to Lorelia and Chris. They have always made Lorelia kind of want Chris I mean he is Rory's dad and the first guy she ever loved. It is hard to get over the first guy you've ever loved. So I did feel bad for Lorelia but they did make a good point about rushing into the marriage cause Lorelia did jump into right after she dumped Luke. And I also think she didn't want to be alone like she said at Lanes Wedding she is 30 some years old and there was no wedding in her future. So I think she was just scared of being alone, that when Chris asked her to marry she did it due to that fact. But I do hope they get Lorelia and Luke back together and maybe the last episode could be there wedding and they could have a big stars hollow wedding and everyone in the town will be there and maybe then we will get to see Taylor again. But I would be funny if Kirk or TJ was Lukes best man

So this is where we're talking about last nights episode...right?

I thought the episode was great. It was a lot less comedic than normal (well, this whole season has been), but I think they're closing the door on the whole Lor/Chris thing, and now Stars Hollow *might* get back to normal...hopefully. Next week looks like a hoot!....I also thought that this was the best episode of the season so far. The dialogue seemed natural for a change (well, close to it) and so did the emotion.

Best line of the night by Paris of course about Logan - "He was on the Collin Ferrel freeway about to put into the Robert Downey Jr. rest stop."

And I swear if Rory does anything with that TA!

yeah i am glad that Chris is finally going to be gone here pretty soon! i mean i don't doudt that he does love her but like Lor said i think she really did just "jump" into this whole marriage thing! i mean he'll always be Rorys dad and all but Lors husand i don't think so! i don't think they were ever "in the cards you know"! but yeah i think they just need to go back to what they were in the frist place nothing! but anyway i thought it was sweet that Lor did do the whole funeral for the poor dead dog! and poor Michelle i did feel a little sorry for him loseing his dog and all! and i know how he feels i never had a dog but i have had some cats that have died in the past and it does hurt i know! but Lor did have a lot on her mind thats true! but don't worry she'll just run to Luke (if she hasn't cut him out of her life that is!) and what was the deal with that one anyway i mean after all that his done for her and all she has a lot of nerve! poor Luke i mean hasn't he had enough bad problems in his life already?!! well she can't cut him out now cause quite frankly his the only "guy" in her life right now!

I finally caught this weeks episode last night.

It was sad to see Chris and Lorelai call it quits. Finally Chris knows that they are never going to be together. A little sad.

Of course, the Luke lovers can stop sticking pins in thier Chris voodoo dolls now.

Chris always knew he wasn't "the one". He thought he was "the second choice", but I even doubt that. Ok, not gloating. Chris has been in the background now and then and that relationship needed some kind of closure. Now they know it would never work and they can just leave eachother alone. (not totally, Rory is still gonna see her dad) Lor will never see Chris as a romantic possibility anymore. Yay!

yeah thats true i mean like i kept on saying he'll always be Rorys dad and all nothings going to change that! but yeah Chris was never the "one" Luke is and as soon as they talk to each other again maybe they'll both see it! i do feel sorry for Lor though i mean she just seemed so hurt and disapponited and all but i think that she'll get over it all when she finally talks to Luke again

I couldn't agree more. In fact, when they got married, I got a little mad! What a waste! I knew Lorelai would end up divorced or leaving him. I was hoping her marriage (if it EVER HAPPENED) would actually STICK!!!! If she ends up back with Luke, I will be a happy woman.
