Kim lying to JD about the miscarriage, or Dr. Cox telling Jordan he loves her.

I think Dr. Cox saying "I love you." to Jordan was definitely shocking

I was definitely more shocked when Kim lied to J.D. I thought it was sweet that Dr. Cox told Jordon he loves her. He's been in love with her for a while though, even if he didn't say it.
