There was a case I saw years ago that I was wondering if someone could help me with. I don't remember the name of the person involved. I believe that the circumstances were that the police ruled it a suicide but the family and friends were convinced it was foul play. The big kicker was that a dollar bill was found with writing on it that appeared to be a code of some sort. I was wondering if anyone knows which case I'm talking about and if there have been any updates in the case. Thanks.

Chuck Morgan. That is a very complex one. He claimed he was kidnapped prior to that and a hallucinogenic drug was painted on the back of his throat that could drive him insane. He also eluded to the fact that his Treasury ID was missing which could possibly mean he was secretly working for the government. He then started showing a justified paranoia driving his daughters to and from school and wearing a bulletproof vest. He ended up found in a rural area shot to death. If anyone else remembers any details, feel free to fill in some more info.

Thank you. I didn't realize it was that one. I've heard of that one recently on UM but only as part of the Don Devereaux Mistaken Hit segment and not on its own.
