This is the last "Top 5" Funk band entry. Starting next week, I'll be doing a daily Top 5 thread honoring a "Man of Soul" (male R&B solo artist) that will last for about 3 weeks. But first I want to thank everyone who has participated in the Top 5 FUNK band threads. We have a lot more FUNK lovers on SO than I thought.

Dr Jazz it would be a waste of time for you to post topics about funk/r&b artists because the majority of people on here are white and they can't relate to black music. I posted some topics about some funk bands albums a few weeks ago and as you can see, nobody responded to my topics so i'm not gonna waste my time anymore posting in the music forum. White people on here are gonna continue to post about their favorite corny rock and country singers.

I also like their Play Some Blues, Be Alright, Doo Wa Ditty, Dance Floor, It Doesn't Really Matter, Computer Love songs. F*ck Roger Troutman's brother Larry for killing Roger. Larry is a punk b*tch. I miss Roger's music. Funk music died when Roger died.
