THE JACKIE GLEASON SHOW-Jackies real wife, Maryilyn, was a regular as a member of THE JUNE TAYLOR DANCERS, and she and Jackie also did a dance number on one episode.
THE JACK BENNY SHOW-Jacks daughter Joan, was in one episode, and his wife was a regular as his girlfriend, Mary on the radio and TV shows.*

Ron Howards brother (I forget his name) appeared on THE ANDY GRIFFITH show sometimes as a kid named Leon.

*her real name was Zelda Marx (yes, she was related to the Marx bros.) but her character, Mary Livingstone, was first featured in an episode of his radio show as the winner of a "win a date with Jack Benny" contest and she was going to be in just that one episode. The character became so popular, that they made her a regular, and so many people thought that her name really was Mary Livingstone that she had it changed to that.

Soleil Moon Frye's mom appeared in a Punky Brewster episode.

In the syndicated Charles In Charge episode, I believe in an episode about the lottery ticket, you can actually see Josie Davis' own mother who is playing craps right next to her own daughter. I believe that has to be Josie's own mother because she looks exactly like her.

Default This is odd.....

If IMDB is correct and I know they're full of holes sometimes, Two Brothers with long careers that have never worked together are James Arness and Peter Graves. Peter was honored in a 1971 episode of This is Your Life which James appeared on but other than that, that's it.

Another set of Brothers that also had long careers were Dana Andrews & Steve Forrest but they only worked together twice.

Crash Dive (1943)
Sealed Cargo (1951)

SEINFELD - Julia Louis-Dreyfus and her half-sister Lauren Bowles. They also worked together on WATCHING ELLIE.
