In going through some of the DVDs last night, I noticed something strange. After 45 years of viewing "I Love Lucy," I found an episode I'd never seen before! Disc 1 of season 5 has an episode titled "Face to Face." I put the disc in and the menu listed "Face to Face." The intro with the pink heart said "Face to Face." I was intrigued.

Once the episode started I realized it was really "The Ricardos Are Interviewed."

How in the heck can the producers do something like that to a classic show? Why didn't anyone catch it? It is way more than a typo and many people must have been involved.

I have the entire series boxed set. Is it like that too on the individually sold season 5 set?

This episode is also called 'Face to face' in the' I Love Lucy 50 years of love and laughter' book. Probably they used it as a reference.
