Default All of a Sudden, I'm hearing so many people say this on TV whether it is Sports or TV

"It is what Is"



WHY???-lol Why did everyone start using that phrase all of a sudden?

Guests on Talk Shows, Pro Athletes, Coaches, TV show Hosts. And I just started hearing it and was wondering why so many people say it-lol

Maybe because I don't watch daytime television. I mostly watch television at night and there are no talk shows or sports shows that I care to watch.

I have said that for years!! LOL!! I haven't noticed it on TV though. I will definitely have to listen for it not!!
