Default Jim Carrey in the episode Fonzie the Flatfoot, Season 3 Episode 9...

The character Jim Carrey was playing was apart of Fonzie's gang.. How does this work in 1975 when the episode was on Jim Carrey was 13 years old and the character of Fonzie was 20+ years old...

Wouldnt it look odd that someone who looks 13 years old was apart of a gang with a 20+ year old?

Jim Carrey? Are you sure? Nobody by the name of "Jim Carrey" is credited as appearing in that episode.

I suppose it is possible that he is in that episode, but, if he is, he is not credited. I looked at the actual credits from the actual episode, and Jim Carrey is not there.

It's true! Jim Carrey even talked about the episode in a interview on a talkshow. Can't remember which one though.

So, was he around 13 years old when they filmed this episode?

this rumor has always bugged me - I am sure that he must have said something as a joke on some talkshow and somehow it developed into this.

according to Jim Carrey Online http://www.jimcarreyonline.com/forum...c.php?p=144232 it is NOT true; I have watched the episode closely and NONE of those gang members look ANYTHING like Jim Carrey, or could really pass for even a big 13-year old.

when the episode was filmed Jim Carrey would've been about 13 years old, and according to EVERY biography of him, his family lived in Scarborough or Toronto until 1979 when he moved to Hollywood, so unless that ONE EPISODE was for some mysterious reason filmed in Canada, I think this myth is busted.

...and even though it states it on TVSHOWSONDVD http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Hap...3-Box-Art/8074 - its still a bunch of BS as far as I am concerned.

Could it be possible that the actor just happened to have the name JIM CARREY? I mean, this is a huge world, and there can be another person named JIM CARREY.
