Default Cleveland Beat Philly Last Night In Philly But Lost To Them In Cleveland LOL

Lebron didn't play last night and the Cavs won 105-97. Drew Gooden and Donyell Marshall had good games for the Cavs. A few nights ago, Philly beat Cleveland in Cleveland in overtime 118-115 and Lebron played that game. Cleveland is so inconsistent, it's pathetic. How do they lose to one of the worst teams in the league at home? If they ever expect to get to the championship round, they gotta play good all the time. I got a feeling Lebron is gonna leave Cleveland when his contract is up because i don't see management making any trades in the future to get Lebron some help because the teammates he has now suck.

You're exactly right. But some teams are just too young and too stupid to know what it takes to be a champion. The Cavs may be one of those teams.

Some players are satisfied if they simply have one of their plays highlighted on Sportscenter. They talk such a big game about wanting to win a championship. But how many of them actually want to put the work in that it takes? Not very many.

Lebron will probably win a title one of these days (David Stern will see to that), but it most likely won't be in Cleveland. Cleveland teams have a culture of losing, and this is not just true in basketball, it's true in all sports. There are reasons that teams from Cleveland never win anything, and seldom contend.

That surprises me since LeBron agreed to a five-year, $75 million contract this past summer to stay in C-Town.

What will he do come 2011? Go to London and announce "My desire to exit the game is greater than my desire to remain in it" like the Detroit Lions' Barry Sanders did July 29, 1999?

Tweety the reason why the sports teams in Cleveland never win anything is because management is stupid and they make dumb trades. When Ron Harper was traded from the Cavs to the Clippers in 1989, i was so mad because he was one of the Cavs best players. He was traded for Danny Ferry, Reggie Williams and a draft pick hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. As you know, Danny and Reggie were scrubs LOL. Reggie was a little bit better than Danny but he wasn't a superstar player. He had a few good seasons for Denver. Danny never amounted to anything in the NBA LOL. I remember scouts were comparing him to Larry Bird when he came outta Duke university LOL. Now Danny is the Cavs general manager and i think he's content with the teammates Lebron has. I talked to a black guy who's from Cleveland last weekend about the Cavs and he said that he thinks Danny Ferry should be killed LOL. He also said how can the Cavs expect to compete for a championship when Eric Snow is the starting point guard? LOL. The Browns and Indians will never win a championship. The Indians did go to the world series twice in the 90's when they had Albert Belle and Kenny Lofton and lost both times. They had a chance to beat Florida but choked in the last game. Jose Mesa who was the closing pitcher for the Indians in that series against Florida gave the last game away because of the terrible pitches he was throwing.

Excellent points... I liked Harper when he was playing...what a grat pick up the Bulls made when they got him.

But you're exactly right... management/ownership (of ALL their teams) has been horrific for the past several decades.

LOL Eric Snow!! LOL

And yeah, I live in Florida, and I can't believe Cleveland lost to them in the World Series in 97
