Hi guys!
I was wondering if you could give me a hand with something. I'm doing a major theology (study of religion) assignment at uni and i need your opinion. I'm going to look into how peoples views of religion are influenced by comedies based around relgious themes (ie. Vicar of Dibley, Father Ted, sometimes the simpsons). So if you have an opinion on this topic feel free to voice it. Or do you think that these type of programs are portraying religion in a bad light? And if you know of any good web sites that might be useful to me, PLEASE tell me. Thanks. i know you all have better things to be doing rather than helping a complete stranger with their homework. BEAKER :-) |

My views of religion are in no way whatsoever influenced by the shows like Father Ted and Vicar of Dibley. Neither are my roommate's, but hey...that's just us.
I don't watch them for the religious value, I watch them because they are entertaining and funny, and I get the jokes. *tosses her 2 cents in* **Gracie** |
