Default Michaela taken from bike, other UM episode finds guy who always visits anothers grave

I don't understand why they don't arrest this guy. This is the guy in that drawing that took that girl off her bike back in like 1988.

I understand some people like to walk around cemeteries at times (hell even I do, there is some interest and history in some of them), but this guy is always seen at another girls grave who was somehow related to the missing Mikayla case. They say they picked up his scent from either his car or house and it always goes to this other girls grave...

Anybody have this episode? Any opinions?

Yes I have this one. The guys name is Tim Bindner and I think he's responsible for abducting the girls. Its really aggravating that they don't seem to have enough on him to arrest him and equally as frustrating that he even sued the city or police department for defamation and won a huge settlement. I'm sorry CD, although I agree with you on most cases I have to say that Tim Bindner had nothing to do with the abduction of these girls especially Garecht. I believe Bindner is just a eccentric who takes a lot of these cases to heart bordering on obsession and the police wasted a lot of good time and taxpayer dollars trying to persue this dead end when they could have been persuing other avenues and found out if there really was a casual connection between the disappearance of Swartz, Garecht and all those other girls because investigating Bindner has never lead them anywhere.

He's just a weirdo plain and simple and it should be pointed out that the man in the composite sketch from the Garecht case is not Tim Bindner and I don't believe anyone has ever alleged that it even resembles Bindner because it doesn't. It is obvious that at least he wasn't the guy who pulled Garecht off her scooter and threw her into the back of the car because there was a witness to all that and I'm sure at some point she was shown a picture of Bindner and evidently did not identify him as the abductor of Garecht.

I think the closest the police have gotten to linking Bindner with the Garecht disappearance is they said he was seen in the vicinity of the abduction but they have never been able to prove he was invovled in the abduction.

I agree with DarkDante's version. In fact, if I were in law enforcement I'd probably flunk it the other way, dismissing Binder almost immediately. He's the John Karr of this case, IMO.

Hmm, I am not sure about this Tim Binder character. He is a weirdo, that much I think everyone can agree on. However I agree with Dark Dante in that it is entirely possible the guy is just an eccentric and maybe has a few loose screws and is too obsessed with these cases. However unless this guy is a total sicko I have a hard time believing that he would abduct and murder these girls and then go visit their graves so often like that. I mean maybe he was trying to remember his crimes or maybe he is just a sick fanatic but otherwise not guilty of anything other than being an obsessed follower of the cases. It is hard to say.
