I need somebody to tell me the name of this job/volunteer job title which I'm sure does exist but I can't seem to find it. It's when a person goes around in a hospital (for example) with a buggy stacked with assorted books for the patients. Is it a paying job and/or a volunteer thing? Does anybody know?
I would greatly appreciate a response a.s.a.p.

That's a volunteer position. Here's an example from my area.

I did this when I was candy-striping at a hospital once.
