In my personal opinion, Sara Rue looks 10 times better with some meat on her and on the other hand, Carnie Wilson looks INCREDIBLE now that she lost all that weight.

No, after she had her baby she gained some weight but she wasn't fat fat, she looks like she does in the last pic brian posted of her.

She appeared in VH1's celebrity show abt overweight stars. She had not stuck with the regimen that she was supposed to after stomach surgery. I can't remember how much weight she had gained, but it was a lot.

Yeah she gained some weight but she wasn't OVER weight. Just a little meat on her bones lol

Yeah, that pic above is right after the birth of her child. She gained more later on. Of course, it wasn't to the extent that she was PRIOR to her stomach surgery, but it was still dangerously A LOT OF WEIGHT. She had this procedure done and here she was not following the meal plans she was supposed to so she wouldn't cause damage to her stomach, since it was now so darn small.

I used to think that Sara looked better with some meat on her bones, but I'm warming to her new look. I think she looks great either way
