There was a song that played at the end of the graduation episode of mike's graduation from high school. Does anyone happen to know who it's buy and what the title of it is??

Yes. The song is "This is the Day".

Those great artists that wrote and proformed it are the same ones that did the theme song:

Singer is B.J. Thomas
Music by Steve Dorff
Lyrics of GP are by John Bettis. I suppose he did this song too.

Side note: The music of both songs is almost the same(the lyric timing is different). So, it gives it an instant Growing Pains feel - i.e. likable right away.
