does anyone know which episode or which season this St. Olaf story is from?

I think it's the episode where they are all reminicing about how they met??? I could be wrong though..

No, you're right. It's the last ep. of Season 1, "The Way We Met." I was 99% sure that's what it was, and I just now verified it w/ TV.com. It's scary how much I know about this show, LOL.
