A few questions:
1) How long has it been happening? 2) What browser are you using (Internet explorer, firefox, etc...)? 3) Have you installed any new software lately? 4) When did you last delete your cookies and temp internet files? J |

If that makes no difference, make sure you have java enabled in your internet options advanced menu, and you could try changing your browser settings in the same menu (just remeber what you change so that you can change it back if you need to). If all else fails, best phone your ISP, they'll be able to talk you through ping tests etc... J |

Make sure that you have the above three things you mentioned 'enabled' or 'activated' (especially script), then restart your computer. Also, are you running AOL 4 or higher? As Java does not work well with any AOL lesser. If those things are enabled, and there is no change, remove (uninstall) any java software from your programs menu, and then download and install the the latest version from here http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp If none of that works, you could always try using another browser, a free one like firefox for example. Or just call your ISP and ask them to talk you through resolving it. J |
