it was this show that had some cops roll up on a car wreck and they asked one guy how fast he was going and he said like 25
and they wen to the guy in the upsidedown car
and asked the same and he said he was parked

i think that was the funniest scene on tv ever

what show was that?

I'm not sure, but this could have been THE LAST PRECINCT, a Stephen Cannell comedy from 1986.
