Default Honeymooners on e-Bay!

Today from UPS I received "The Honeymooners Game" that I had purchased
off of e-Bay. It's a very nice game so I'm happy that I bought it. How about the rest of you Honeymooners fans~have you purchased any Honeymooners
items from e-Bay and were you happy with what you received? I would be interested to hear your comments.

Are you talking about the VCR game? If so, I hope you enjoy those scenes from the Lost Episodes.

Yes! I love Ebay it's my newest addiction.
I've bought -The Honeymooners Throw Blanket, 2 early CBS promo pictures in mint condition of Jackie Gleason- they both came attached with the original (both were different) descriptions of the show which is great to have. I bought 1 Honeymooner Comic book it has an interview with Joyce Randolph & my latest purchase was a 1955 TV Guide with Art Carney on the cover & a very detailed interview with him inside.

I've been very happy with everything I've bought off of Ebay. I won't buy anything from anyone with less than 99% positive feedback so I'm sure that's why. Right now I'm stepping back a little *saving some money* because there's a few things coming up that I HAVE to have...so I need to have some money to bid with lol.

Hey AndAwayWeGo! We share the same addiction. hehehe...I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN...I got money on the side all ready for that next unique Honeymooners item for sale on e-Bay. You have a cool collection of stuff and
I think that it's a smart move on your part to buy only from those with a 99% positive feedback rating. I do the same thing. Are you planing on putting your
collectibles in a display case?

Well kind of-I bought this big dark blue scrap book & have been putting the pictures, Comic book & TV Guide in that. Only I put dark blue (to look like the midnight sky) acid free paper behind it with these really beautiful little stars. That way I have the picture or whatever the item is & then the Honeymooner looking scene behind it. I'm also having the famous moon with Ralph's face made into stickers so I can stick that to the background as well. And for the pages in between each item I made a collage of different Honeymooner sketches with borders around them that give the air date, the name of the episode & whatever line they were saying in that particular picture. I do have one page that's just pictures from rehearsals or them just hanging out. (However I did manage to get the dates & the names of the sketches they were rehearsing for.) That one is in between the Comic book & the TV Guide lol. I just love it!

I'm glad I finally gave into the Ebay thing! All my friends use it but I was always a little hesitant but after my first purchase & "You won Item etc etc" email...I WAS HOOKED lol!

I'm glad to hear that you take good care of your collectibles. The mark of a serious collector.

Yes! That's what did it for me. After the first "You won Item", things have never been the same. hehehe...

The video has the animated Showtime opening wth Ralph looking into the treasure chest. It preceded every lost episode when they aired back in the 80's.

Not yet but I will probably end up buying the "lost episodes" DVDs, since I don't see them anywhere in stores.

I see those being sold on e-Bay all the time and the prices are very good. Good luck with your purchase.

I had to order all my Lost Episodes off of Amazon or Wal-Mart as they aren't in any local stores around here (FL) either. Hey maybe MPI isn't putting out anymore because they are getting ready to release the new ones! a girl can hope lol!

Thanks for letting me know a little bit about the video. I'm going to try to buy the VCR version of the game on e-Bay.

I just bought this VCR Honeymooners game. Is this the one you guys were talking about? It mentions Lost Episodes so I figured it was but just wanted to double check. I thought it would be a cute game to play with my nieces & nephew who are growing up watching the Honeymooners as well .

You can get it cheap. Look for the VHS version:

Awesome! That's the game we're talking about. What's the goal in the game
and is it fun to play?
