She flirts with both younger men and older men. Watching both the earlier seasons of FOL makes me laugh with her comments like "Don't touch the merchandise" or "You could do that again" or her flirting with the security officer.

My goodness(to put in Tootie's voice mode)....Mrs. Garrett was fliiiirteeee!

oh Mrs. Garrett! she's wonderful...yes, she was a bit flirtatious, but that was part of her charm. haha

perfect example: Shoplifting episode
