Default Jolie Loves Adopted Children Differently

http://www.imdb.com/news/wenn/2007-01-09/#3

Angelina Jolie insists she has different feelings towards each of her kids and feels especially close to her adopted children because they've already led such a hard life. The Oscar winner has two adopted children with Brad Pitt, Maddox and Zahara, as well as their biological daughter Shiloh, who was born in May. Jolie tells Elle magazine that she's more partial towards her adopted children, saying, "I think I feel so much more for Mad and Z because they're survivors, they came through so much. Shiloh seemed so privileged from the moment she was born. I have less inclination to feel for her... I met my other kids when they were six months old, they came with personality. A newborn really is this... yes, a blob! But now she's starting to have a personality... I'm conscious that I have to make sure I don't ignore her needs just because I think the others are more vulnerable."

What are your thoughts on her quote?

Um, did she adopt her two kids when they were teenagers whe had spent thier entire childhood in a poverty stricken country?
I mean I'm no child expert, but I'm not so sure if Mad and Z have that much memory of thier terrible lives before she adopted them.

I don't remember a single thing I did when I was five months old.

It sounds like she's comparing her adoptive kids to her biological child. Either way, a parent should never compare their kids to each other.

What I don't understand is that whenever Ms. Jolie tries to sound intelligent, she comes off as a really stupid idiot who just happens to use big words.

God for once, I wish she would shut up, period and send the message to Lindsay Lohan and Beyonce too!

I guess the same can be said abt her marriages...she must have felt differently abt "promising to love til death to you part..." to each man she was married to.

Stupid Jolie.

I agree, but you can also blame all the stupid media coverage that gets put on them. In this day and age there isn't one actress right now that I'd go ga ga over, they just don't have the class of the actresses from the 50's and 60's. Even Lauren Bacall doesn't think an actress like Nicole Kidman is a legend yet.

Yes!! I'm starting to have more respect for Ms. Bacall now. These actresses today, man, they get on my nerves. I know I was only born in 1978, but I respect actresses like the late Natalie Wood, Lauren Bacall, Lena Horne etc. because despite rumors of their scandalous personal lives, they knew how to be ladies.

But, Lindsay and Nicole(Ritchie) sort of remind me of Ms. Wood in her younger days which says a lot.

Paris Hilton and her clan would have NEVER been stars back then, not even in the 1990's(my favorite decade). Would Mean Girls been a hit back in 1956? I don't think so! Just My Luck? Hell to the no!

LMAO!!!! She's the Liz Taylor of this generation!

I think she's pretty but I can't understand why so many people go nuts over her. She always look like she need a bath, even in designer couture.

Give me Natalie Wood anyday over her!!!!

Sorry, J-Ho is the Liz Taylor of this generation...(Jennifer Lopez in case you didn't get the HO).

I am sick of seeing Jolie's face and that ugly dry up, cracked up lips of hers on every entertainment channel and magazine. Can someone show that lady some gloss or something?

LMAO!!! Forgot about J-Ho(She's lives down here in Miami and yes, she may have liked my outfits a few times but other than that, she's so annoying.)

I'm glad i'm not the only one who thought that Angelina could use some chapstick or Bonne Bell, hell, vaseline might do the trick!

All that money in the world and she can't buy 75 cent Chapstick or Blistex.

I think she uses Vaseline in other places. You are not alone in that thought abt her lips. I mean, that crack in the middle of her lip looks like the crack you see on a guy whose pants hang off his ass with the underwear exposed. JUST UGLY.

Which I really don't understand why everyone goes ga-ga over her lips, big lips are sexy but not when it looks like a powdered donut.

Thank you. Those lips are an insult to women (like me) who have naturally pouty lips BUT DON'T LOOK DRY AS THE MOJAVE DESERT!!!!!! There was a chat a while back abt this same topic, I was shocked at just how many people really hate her lips. I mean, when they aren't so dried up and that ugly crack in the middle, her lips would be beautiful. I just don't get it.

I have never liked that woman--her charity work and supposed generousity always comes off like a big PR thing.

This article just makes me despise her more.
