Dish is taller blonde I believe. I think Ginger is in there, too (played by Odessa Cleveland)...watch the pilot episode, and it's those 4 nurses that run!

I think she's the one in front. If you have the pilot on VHS or DVD, I think you can tell on there.

If you have access to E! TV Tales M*A*S*H, at the end of the hour-long documentary there is a segment about one of the actresses who was running during the opening credits.
