NBC's The Downer Channel Cancelled After 3-Episode Run
The NBC Wednesday Night Show, "The Downer Channel", has been cancelled after 3 episodes. The series which was originally attended to be a 5 epsiode series, was dumped, after bad ratings. The pilot episode ranked as the worst rated episode on the 3 big networks, and now it's time to pay the piper. The series starred Wanda Sykes and Jeff David, and was a sketch comedy. The show original ran 8:30, Wednesday Nights, NBC. NBC is currently working out possibly filming 2 more episodes, just to do what they wanted.
