Bill Cowher decided to Leave the Steelers and Art Shell Resigned as Head Coach of the Raiders. I guess Al davis was nice enough to let him resign instead of firing him-lol

Art Shell must have forgotten how to coach during his long absence from the NFL. He was a pretty good head coach during his first go-around with The Raiders.
