Default Agree with the latest NFL award winners?

Rookie of the year- Vince Young
MVP- Ladian Tomlinson
Comback player of the year- Chad Pennington
Defensive Rookie of the year- Demico Ryans

Yea I have to say I do agree. Vince young came through in the clutch, LT has been breaking all the records, Chad Pennington led the jets to the playoffs (people were saying that they had no shot in making the playoffs), & Demico Ryans is 2nd in tackles in the NFL only to zach thomas.

I agree with all of them. If leading your team to a 14-2 record doesn't get you MVP, I don't know what does.

yea pac was a great dude. Big was great too
I think chad woulda won this award even if mcnabb never got hurt. He led his team in the AFC which is more tough than the NFC. Congrats to chad and the other award winners

To add to this list
Defensive Player of the year- Jason Taylor
he deserved it. Although I really did not like his comments about shawn merriman.

Pshhh, the comeback player of the year should have been Daunte Culpepper. I mean, wasn't he supposed to lead the Dolphins to the playoffs?

Did they do Coach Of the Year yet? I would give it to either Sean Payton or Eric Mangini. I would say Marty S, but he's a vet head coach who's been in the playoffs before. So I would give a rookie head coach the nod.

If it were a race btw payton or mangini I would say Mangini. The jets came from nowhere this season and is the biggest suprise of the season. They had no big weapons yet they've play'd well and earned a playoff spot.

We already have Chad Pennington as Comeback Player of the Year

Mangini may be Coach of the Year

and how about Jerricho Cotcherey as the Most Improved Player of the Year ?

but
I'd give it all up for a WIN tomorrow afternoon !

I don't think they give an award for the most improved player. If they did yea I guess you could put cotcherey up there as a candidate but I would give it to shaun phillups of the chargers.

another award added: Offensive Player of the year: Ladian Tomlinson well deserved!

sean payton named coach of the year!
I really got love for coach payton and the saints but I dont agree with him winning the coach of the year. I think it shoudl've been mangini. The jets had no one and played well this year earning a playoff berth.

I'm not really all that familiar with Demico Ryans, so my opinion on him wouldn't mean much, but I do agree with all the other choices, especially Tomlinson. He was clearly the leagues most valuable player this season!!

As far as coach of the year goes, I'd definitely give it to Sean Payton. Not for sentimental reasons either. With the way he helped turn his team around this year, I think he truly deserves it.
