i found this on the net thought it was really funny!

best headlines of 97!

include your children with baking cookies (hmmmm ok think theyed tasted good!)

something went wrong in jet crash,expert say (gee you think!)

police begin campaign to run down jaywalkers (oh dear!)

miners refuse to work after death (well good for them!)

two sisters reunited after 18 years in checkout counter (wow must have been a long line!!)

deer kill 17,000 (wow i wonder how they do it!)

red tape holds up new bridges (hmmmm well i guess they ran out of nails and super glue or something then!)

cold wave linked to temeratures (hmmm so thats why its so dang cold!)
