Does anybody remember the sitcom with Vickie the Robot. She was created by this man and his family treated her like she was real. They had a nosy next door neighbor who kept peeking in the window. I remember Jamie but I can't remember the family name. I also remember that Harriet had a crush on Jamie. Vickie had the strength of three men and her head could spin. When her circuit blew she caused havoc for everybody. The show aired on Fox and it was hilarious. I still remember the theme song.

i used to love this show, but actually it did not air on FOX, it aired in 1986 before there was a fox, as fox did not begin until January 18, 1987 with the Joan Rivers late night show.

It was syndicated. It aired on the Fox affiliate in Philadelphia. In Boston, it aired on the ABC affiliate.

If I remember correctly this show lasted a few seasons. So I think this is probably the wrong forum.

It was on syndication for it's first season. It's second season was on FOX before coming back to syndication for it's third season.

It used to be one of my all time favorites. I wish it would come back on the air.
