Arrow End-of-Year 2006 Memoirs

I'm just posting this blank survey for now. I happened to have stolen it. I am not in the mood to fill this out at the moment, but I thought I'd post the blank one for anyone who wants to fill this out.

What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?

Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

What countries did you visit?

What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?

What date(s) from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
a)
b)
c)
d)
e)
Anymore?

What was your biggest achievement of the year?

What was your biggest failure?

Did you suffer illness or injury?

What was the best thing you bought?

Where did most of your money go?

What did you get really, really, really excited about?

What song(s) will always remind you of 2006?

Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder?
ii. thinner or fatter?
iii. richer or poorer?

What do you wish you'd done more of?

What do you wish you'd done less of?

Did you fall in love in 2006?

How many one-night stands?

What was your favorite TV program?

Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

What was the best book you read?

What were your greatest musical discoveries?

What did you want and get?

What was your favorite film of this year?

What did you do on your birthday?

What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?

What kept you sane?

Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?

Who did you miss?

Who was the best new person you met?

Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2006:

I'll keep this short. All I want in 2007 is for the Lakers, Angels, and Mighty Ducks to win their respective championships.

What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before? Road on a Motorcycle

Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year? NO and It's Jan 1st now as I am posting and I haven't made one yet and I don't know if I will

What countries did you visit? None

What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006? My own place

What date(s) from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
a) May 5th - Graduated College
b) August 22nd - First day of my first full time job
c) Oct 28th - My bestfriends wedding (I was a bridesmaid)
d) November 20th- Got fired from my first full time job - My boss thought I didn't have enough experience so I thought to myself that she shouldn't have hired someone who just graduated college then.
e) December 31st - had a bad Ice storm and the power went out in my town (I live in the country) so the grandparents had to come out to our house to stay and then just as the grandparents came our power went out (thank goodness we have a generator) but we got our power back this morning and so did they so yeah that was an experience in a half.
Anymore? Nope that's about it

What was your biggest achievement of the year? Graduating College

What was your biggest failure? I think getting fired even though it wasn't my fault that I haven't had much experience I am only 24 and just out of college

Did you suffer illness or injury? Nope

What was the best thing you bought? FOL 1st & 2nd season on DVD

Where did most of your money go? To my college to pay off my school loan

What did you get really, really, really excited about? I was very excited when my best friend told me she was getting married cause I got to see there whole relationship form. I was there when they first meet and she told me everything like there first date and how she finally got him to agree they were a couple and we hung out so much I just saw there relationship grow, so it was very exciting I was even one of the first people she told when she got engaged.

What song(s) will always remind you of 2006? You Had a bad day- I heard that like 200 times this year thanks to American Idol even though I do like the song.

Compared to this time last year, are you:
I. happier or sadder? I am just glad we made it through the icy storm ok.
ii. thinner or fatter? I probably am a little fatter not a whole lot but a little
iii. richer or poorer? I don't know I might be 100 dollars poorer but that's not real bad

What do you wish you'd done more of? Exercised just to stay in shape (not that I didn't do that I just should of done it more)

What do you wish you'd done less of? I don't know

Did you fall in love in 2006? No I was already in love

How many one-night stands? None thank you actually I have never had a one night stand and that's the way I want it to stay.

What was your favorite TV program? Well it will always be FOL even though it's no on TV in my area so I would say Gilmore Girls

Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Well I was just starting to get annoyed with her but after something’s she did this year I don't really like her cause of those things

What was the best book you read? What to do when I don't desire god - My minister recommended it

What were your greatest musical discoveries? Well I don't know if this fits this question but I found all my old cassette tapes that I thought were gone forever in our attic. It only took me 1 and a half years to find them I even asked my parents and they couldn't remember, they thought they might have sold them on our garage sale but I finally went to the back of the attic and sure enough there they were. I was so happy cause I was like well I will have to buy them on CD now and as long as my tape player still works I will listen to them and not buy them on CD till my tape player gives out.

What did you want and get? I wanted to graduate I was scared cause the fall of 2005 I didn't get high enough grades but I buckled down this last spring cause I really wanted to graduate and even though test taking is very hard for me even if I study all night and day for it, I passed and was able to graduate with a decent GPA

What was your favorite film of this year? Night at the Museum

What did you do on your birthday? I had my friends over and we played games and watched movies

What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Well if I could of celebrated New Year's eve with my boyfriend but he lives about an hour away and he was stranded at home do to bad icy weather and no power so we just called and said happy new years so I guess I should just be happy he was safe instead of driving on the icy roads to come celebrate with me.

What kept you sane? Being able to get out of the house and go to work since I still live with my parents. So once in a while I am glade I have to go to work, not that I don't love my parents they can just get on my nerves sometimes.

Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Well it will always be Lisa Whelchel, Nancy Mckeon and Lauren Graham no matter what year it is

Who did you miss? Well she really isn't gone but she was out of this state for half of the year anyways it's my good friend Amy she is doing an internship down in Florida at Disney World

Who was the best new person you met? Her name is Bobby Sue and she married one of my friends from my bible study she is such a nice person I really want to get to know her better.

Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2006: Don't pull a Susie that is the girl I hate from the question who did you like but don't like this year. So what the saying means (Don't pull a Susie) is cause she got pregnant by her boyfriend and I have told her time and time again not to have sex before marriage but she didn't listen. And I don't approve of her boyfriend either but I won't bother you guys with that, that's my problem.

Quote a song lyric that sums up your year: I don't know
