TV Game Show Episode

Does anyone remember 'The Game Show' Episode? Or have it on tape, by any chance? Or even know where I could find captures from the game show parts?

Thanks!

I have almost every MAUDE episode recorded. Do you remember the name of the episode? I'd be glad to make you a copy. My email is Jalanruss@yahoo.com.

I didn't even know there was a game show episode of Maude. Every stupid show is already released on DVD. It is time to start releasing the real classics.

I don't mean to bump an old topic or anything but that's the episode I mainly want to see as well.

Agreed. This show really needs a Season 2 release, but I'm not holding my breath.

this is why I want to see Maude Online and maybe WGN America could air it. On a Game Show theme week or something.

I remember that episode. It was when Maude and Vivian went to a taping of the game show Beat the Devil in New York and were picked out of the audience to be contestants. They went on a winning streak where they won an assortment of prizes. But when it was revealed by the host Lyle Bellamy, played by Conrad Janis, that Vivian's nephew works on the show, Maude and Vivian are disqualified and forfeit all their winnings. Bellamy, in parting said to them "If you don't beat the devil, the devil will beat you." I should also add that veteran game show announcer Johnny Olson was heard in the episode.
