Do anyone recall the episode where Mike and Sally marry?

Yes, I do! That episode is called, "The First Marriage" and is from season 6.

"The First Marriage" was the first episode to be aired in color and features the final appearances of Tim Considine (Mike) and Meredith MacRae (Sally).
