I mean when the Eagles entered the playoffs in the 2002-2005 era Eagles fans were hoping for a Superbowl not just happy to see their team in the playoffs. We know that this Eagles team won't bring a Parade to the city of Philadelphia so I 'm just wondering if Eagles fans are actually setting theirself up for a major disappointment in January. Eagles fans are no longer excited about just being in the playoffs they want a Superbowl. So MrIggles I wanted to ask you do you think you are being TEASED by this Eagles Team or do you think this Eagles team can win a SB? I mean isn't that what Jeffery Lurie wants? a SB? I know you won't be all that PUMPED up over a NFC EAST title when the SB is the most Satisflying Accomplishment.

Well, the Eagles FINALLY have a qb that isn't overrated, so they may go pretty far in the playoffs.

The only Team I feel comfortable about beating the Eagles are the Saints and Rams.

I know, so for now just the Saints. Those two teams have good Offenses while these teams don't

To answer your question Solomon, the answer is Yes the ultimate goal is to win it all, do I think the eagles can win it all? My answer is probably not, Do I think the eagles can get to the superbowl? My answer is Yes.

I have to be honest, I am the most optimistic eagle fan out there & 4 weeks ago I thought this team was deader than dead, they had no life, no interest whatsoever & they lacked any confidence at all. Throw In jeff Garcia & the game plan gets simplified a bit, & lets face it there are certain things that Garcia can do, that mcnabb can't do. A perfect example is that one play last night where Dallas sent the house on a blitz & garcia saw the blitz & made that beautiful little touch pass to LJ that ended up being a 70 yd play. That is what Jeff brings to the table, he is a far smarter QB then DMAC in certain situations.

I have killed andy reid all year for his coaching, but I have to tip my hat to him big time, he is showing guts & he puts his ego on the back burner for turning the reigns over to marty morneweig to call the plays. The eagles Balance has been awesome the last 4 weeks.

But what's the point of going to the SB when the city of Philly would be in a bad mood once again? I only see the Saints as the Team who can beat them

Lets wait until after my team beats the falcons sunday to start talking about a home playoff game. You be my guest & do that, I can't just yet. I have learned a thing or 2 in 25 years of being an eagle fan
