ODAAT Info on OPENING CREDITS for Seasons 5-9! - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hey!! I am a deprived ODAAT fan who has only seen what comcast has shown us. I am desperately hoping to see the opening credits for the 5th 6th 7th 8th and 9th seasons of the show!! THEY ARE NOT ON yOUtUBE AND i hope you could upload those opening credits or atleast the 1's u hav. I KNOW u are a trader, n I have nothing 2 trade, but out of sheer kindness could u please just post the opening credits on YouTube?? I dont even need episodes, I'd just be thrilled with the credits on Youtube!! They only have season 2 for some reason. If not, please describe the opening credits 2 me...but seeing them would BE AMAZING! Thanks in advance! DaOne

What I remember most is that the end of Season 5 only had 3 people in the opening credits (BF, PH, and VB), and by Season 8, there were like 10 people in the opening (BF, PH, VB, MP, Michael Lembeck, Nanette Fabray, Shelley Fabares, Glenn Scarpelli, Howard Hesseman, and the guy who played Barbara's husband).

That's Boyd Gaines. Nice!! Thanx man. N WOW only three around 1980? That's nuts. But that changed once Glenn Scarpelli and Ron Rifkin were added i guess. Did Valerie Berinelli get the official "and Valerie Bertinelli as Barbara Cooper" billing in season 5??

I do have the credits from season eight. Mack and Michael were only in the credits if they were in the epiosdes. This was one of my favorite seasons beacause Mack was back. She was featured in the last season in the first four episodes. Her appearance was so bad during the filming of the first three shows, they used (for her opening credits) footage of her from season eight.

Hey DaOne. I made the file for the 82-83 opening with MacKenzie Phillips. I am sending you a private message in reference to the theme opening. Let me know if the link works.

I was going to make a public link for You Tube but was not sure if I needed to get permission for the theme song. If someone can verify for me that would be helpful. If all is well then I will post it. I made the file and it plays fine.

Hey! I wass soo excited n still am...but it wont play 4 me! Its a frozen shot says "Boyd Gains" says loading but neva does

Maybe we could try again? But u dont need any permission...U can post it publicly as they did 4 the season 2 openin (the only 1 up for odaat) so go head n try it there. I think that'll work best

Season Eight Alternate opening available on You Tube. This one does not have MacKenzie Phillips or Michael Lembeck. I completed the upload. It should be ready for viewing.

After pulling up the file for the one with phillips, you should see to the right of the screen various one day at a time video options. If you scroll down, then you will see one with Shelly Fabares in black and the caption will read "Sans Phillips".

BTW The opening for the last season has been added as well. You should be able to upload. Also my username on you tube is "JhomasE" . You can always click on "More from this user" and access the uploaded vids. Enjoy!
