Does anyone know if UM gave the federal government official Roswell response entitled Roswell Report:case closed? There were two reports given in the 1990's. The second report talks about test dummies used by the Air force that were confused as aliens. Critics claim that those dummies weren't used until 7 years later. The project was called mogul.

I have also seen updates about the Bentwaters Ufo and Phoenix Ufo on other shows. Don't know if UM ever talked about the earthlights due to shooting electricity that causes plasma? They are also called "earthquake lights" and "Luminous Clusters."
